Traditional Meal in Scotland

Here are our pupils preparing a traditional Scottish meal of Cock-a-Leekie soup, Haggis Turnip and Potatoes, followed by Cranachan, home made Tablet and Fudge.

This was for a celebration of Robert Burns, known as a ‘Burns Supper’, where we remember the good works of the Scottish Bard.

Usually the drink at these celebrations is the national drink of whisky, but we are using our other national drink, Irn Bru.
