Hello!
This month we organized a football tournament in the school. It was greatly spent morning with sports, music and of course a lot of fun.
We decided to do the tournament among the countries from our Comenius project, instead of all the participainting countries in the “World Cup Brazil 2014”.
Here are some pictures and a video presentation. We hope you enjoy it as much as us along with our Teddy bear!
The day started with an opening ceremony. Our pupils danced with a brazilian music, afterwards the speaker introduced the national teams and their coaches.

Nine teams representing our partners countries in our Comenius project, participated in the tournament. It was very interesting to represent and support our friends.
Everyone had a great sense of fairplay during the tournament.
Each team had their own fans cheering them up.

The final match was played between Italy and Poland. It was well-played and it ended up tight. Although , there were still penalties involved, which caused a moment of high concentration for the players and their fans.
Finally, the winner was announced, Italy. Congratulations!
At the end, there was the closing ceremony , where the winners were rewarded with medals and sweets.
